We hope to see you on Thursday Aug 29th on the church lawn for Disney Pixar’s Inside Out. The movie will start at 8:00 PM. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on. There is no need to sign-up – just show up and enjoy the company, entertainment and summer evening outdoors!

We hope to see you all for our second movie night of the summer! Come on down to the Church lawn on August 6th at 8:00 pm for a screening of the movie Soul. Soul was widely acclaimed upon release, with Academy Award nominations and wins at the Golden Globe, BAFTA, and Critic’s Choice awards. Featuring the voices of Jamie Foxx, Tina Fey, and Graham Norton, among countless other talents, this is sure to be a family movie night you will all enjoy! Please bring your own blanket or other seating, and whatever else your family needs to be safe and comfortable on the lawn!

Movie night on the lawn: “Spirited Away” July 16, 8:20 pm

We hope to see you at 8:20 pm on July 16th on the Church lawn for a screening of Miyazaki’s classic, Spirited Away, a classic anime great for kids and adults! Spirited Away tells the story of Chihiro Ogino (Hiiragi), a 10-year-old girl who, while moving to a new neighborhood, enters the world of Kami (spirits of Japanese Shinto folklore). It is frequently considered one of the best films of the 21st century as well as one of the greatest animated films ever made. It includes themes of supernaturalism, fantasy, traditional Japanese culture, Western consumerism, and environmentalism. Please bring a blanket or something else to sit on. There is no sign-up needed! The movie will start at 8:45 pm, and will run for roughly two hours. Hope to see you there!

Movie Night on the Lawn – A Wrinkle in Time

Our second movie on the lawn this summer is coming Friday, August 14 at 8:15 pm! Just as last time there will be 15 physically-distanced circles marked on the lawn for 15 families to enjoy the movie. Bring your own chairs, blankets, snacks to accompany the movie. We want to give first choice to those who weren’t able to attend the last movie night, so we simply ask previous attenders to wait to sign up until next week to make sure others get an opportunity to sign-up if they so choose. You just need to sign-up HERE.

Note 3 things – the church building remains closed, so come having used the bathroom! If it rains we’ll have to cancel instead of moving inside like we’ve done before. And finally, we encourage all people who come to wear masks and to refrain from coming if you are not feeling well or have come in contact with someone who is known to have the virus.
