Unfortunately, we are cancelling the work day in Andover scheduled for May 30. We hope to be setting up more days in the fall. As you can guess, the work on homes by Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity and the other Habitat units in the area has been terribly disrupted by the pandemic. In the last 12 months there have been high points – the units that we helped with in Lawrence are all occupied, and at least two homeowners who were quite ill with COVID-19 are on the mend and have secure homes in which to recuperate. However, the plans of several new homeowner families are on hold.
