Join Us for Pledge Sunday Worship
The election is over and a new presidency is set to be inaugurated in a couple of months. Regardless of who lost and who won, we remember as people of faith that our work is never done in building for the Kingdom that is not OF this world but is certainly FOR this world. In keeping with the conversations of our Roots and Branches small groups, we’ll consider the Lords’ Prayer as presented in the Gospel of Matthew and look closely at what Jesus means by the coming Kingdom. It’s also the culmination of our Stewardship Drive – Open Doors to God’s Realm – and so we’ll offer an opportunity for those who feel so moved to offer their pledge cards to the church during our offertory time.
