Volunteering

Our church community has a myriad of opportunities to volunteer in support of the church and the wider community. There are one-time volunteer opportunities – like serving at the Dwelling Place – and on-going service to particular areas of ministry within the church – like serving on the Outreach Ministry or teaching Stepping Stones class on Sunday mornings. It’s not only a great way to help the church be the church and offer good to others, but it’s also a wonderful way to come to know your fellow community members better. See the various opportunities below and if nothing quite speaks to you then speak to either Rev. Will or Rev. Maeve and they would love to share with you other opportunities that might make your heart sing.

For decades, we have celebrated our LGBTQIA+ siblings and their inclusion in all parts of our worship and congregational life. In 2001, we became Open & Affirming through the UCC, meaning we are liturgically and theologically committed to a public covenant of welcome.
