    Job Title: AV and Livestream Broadcast Engineer

    First Congregational Church of Winchester, 21 Church Street, Winchester, MA

    now hiring

    Position Status:  2.5-3 hours/week covering Sunday worship services, 10am Sunday mornings (with additional on-call work required for special events).  Approx. 40-46 Sundays/year.  Special events include monthly concert series held on Friday evenings September – May.

    Role Overview:  Solo Broadcast Engineer manages end-to-end technical production for weekly worship services and special events. Is responsible for both FOH (Front of House) sanctuary audio and the entire broadcast signal chain—from microphones and cameras to the final YouTube stream—ensuring a polished, professional experience for both in-person and remote audiences.  

    Experience:  Must have one or more years’ experience managing end to end technical production (microphones, cameras, and streaming services) for meetings and events.  Comfort with this technical environment: Video: ATEM Television Studio / PTZOptics (IP Control); Audio: Yamaha DM3 / Dante / Shure KSM141 & Wireless / QSC Touchmix 16; Software: OBS Studio, Windows 10/11, Google Slides, PowerPoint; Streaming: YouTube Live
