Join Us for Transfiguration Sunday Worship at 10 am (March 2, 2025)
This Sunday, we celebrate the transfiguration of Jesus Christ, as described in three of the four Gospels of the New Testament. Passages from Luke and Exodus, the Ignatian practice of contemplative imagination, and Sue Monk Kidd’s The Book of Longings (a recent novel set in the time of Jesus in the first century CE) will guide our thinking around the transfiguration and what this moment in Jesus’s story can mean for us today. We will also celebrate the Holy Sacrament of Communion. All ages and all faith journeys are welcome to partake. We can’t wait to see you in person in the Sanctuary and online.
