The Chidley Hall composting pilot is going well! Black Earth is picking up a good amount of food waste each week and we are planning to provide additional composting buckets for the upstairs kitchen and other locations as needed. Remember that the compostable plates, cups, and utensils can go in the composting bucket. Many thanks to Bruce Alexander, Ed Banzy, and Dave Fay for implementing this program!
