Guided by a star in the heavens, the Magi found their way to a barn (or more likely a cave) in Palestine of the Roman Empire. They had to dodge a tyrant king who cared for nothing but his own power and eventually arrived with gifts at the manger of the true king, the infant king, the King of Kings, Jesus. At the start of the new year, we consider where our journeys might take us in 2026 as we put our hands into the hand of God and seek guidance on the way. Join us for worship at 10am on Sunday in the sanctuary or online. There will be special music from Peter Owens and Susan K. Navien and we’ll enjoy a warm hospitality hour in the back of the sanctuary at the conclusion of our service. We hope you can accompany us as we begin the new year together in the Epiphany light.
