Green is Good, Greener is Gooder
The Justice Ministry would like your participation in a pilot to improve our church’s efforts to reduce trash and improve sustainable practices. We are launching a six month pilot to include composting of our food waste in the building. You will begin to see buckets labeled COMPOST with illustrations of all the things you can dispose of for composting. If we can compost and recycle better we can reduce the trash we create and reduce its incineration. Black Earth Compost will visit us weekly to haul away our compost. The Facility Ministry has enthusiastically endorsed this work. Thank you for your efforts in this initiative. Questions can be directed to Bruce Alexander or any member of the Ministry.
