You’re invited to Health Ministry’s Eleventh Hour on Mindfulness: Practice Being Present, led by Dr. Lizzie Linn, Assistant Professor at Merrimack College. We often struggle with the incessant chatter in our heads that leads to regret, anxiety, fear, or sadness. By taming this “monkey mind,” we can find peace and a recognition that, while we cannot always control what life brings us, we can control how we respond.
