    What Others Have to Say

“Catchy, rabble-rousing folk of the Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie variety.” [Nick Spacek, The Pitch Kansas City]

“Christian music without judgement, hypocrisy, fire or brimstone – Church, the eagerly awaited sophomore album from North Carolinian drag queen, Flamy Grant sets out values for a better world… Church is here and it’s an album that will blow off your socks or, for that matter, any other kind of soft legwear that you might happen to be wearing.” [John Barlass, At the Barrier, October 2024]

“When Flamy came up to the mic with an acoustic guitar and proceeded to belt out a powerful, poignant song of her own writing, I was blown away. When she effortlessly moved among genres and took the audience on an emotional journey from raucous laughter to tears, I knew this was much more than just a performance, it was a musical ministry.” [Audience member Jeff Charis-Carlson, May 2024]
