Embodied Prayer Evening
Monday, September 25th; 6:30-7:30
Take a moment to pause and center yourself in the noisy rush of the busy fall season. Join us for an hour of yoga and meditation in Ripley Chapel. Christine Tresselt will lead a 30-minute Yoga practice accessible to all abilities, followed by a 20 minute session of Centering Prayer and meditation. Coat and ties and fancy dresses are not allowed – enjoy coming to a church service in shorts, t-shirts, sweat pants, sneakers or bare feet. What other church offers you THAT opportunity! All ages are welcome.
