  • Christmas on the Common: A Live Nativity Pageant for Children of All Ages

    Sunday, December 19, 2021, 10:00 AM
    Winchester Town Common

This Sunday, December 19, bundle up and join us on the Common for our 10 AM morning worship: a “no-rehearsal” re-telling of the birth of love incarnate. Children of all ages are invited to take their places at the manger in this age-old story of birth and love, as characters in a live nativity scene.

Children who have signed up to participate ahead of time should arrive at 9:30 a.m. at the Common to get in costume. “Walk on” participants – children who would like to play angels, animals and shepherds – are also welcomed. No lines to speak, no rehearsals – just pure organic magic!

The full service including the pageant will be livestreamed on WinCAM Public which can be found on Comcast channel 8 or Verizon channel 36 or at https://wincam.org/watch/public/

We are keeping a close eye on the weather and will make a final call on Saturday afternoon. In the case of inclement weather, the pageant will take place in the sanctuary. Please check your email on Saturday evening for more information. If you have any questions, please contact Maggie Keeler   or text 617-821-7368.
