A Community Storytelling Event with Master Storyteller David Sewell McCann
LIVE and LIVE STREAMED: Saturday, February 10, 2024, 4:00 p.m.

WINCHESTER, MA: Live in-person and live streamed from the stunning Ripley Chapel at First Congregational Church. Please join us for a magical and whimsical afternoon of spontaneous and collaborative storytelling with Master Storyteller David Sewell McCann. David’s original and inspiring stories will warm our hearts and are perfect for elementary school-aged children and adults alike. They speak to the child in each one of us. Bring your open hearts and imaginations. We will provide a comfy atmosphere, enchanted stories, and hot chocolate and marshmallows!

David Sewell McCann has been immersed in storytelling for over fifty years. When teaching first grade, David told stories to help his students better understand the lessons. He has created over 1,400 original stories for Sparkle Stories and has trained parents and teachers around the world. David is the Lead Teacher/Trainer of How to Story – providing conscious storytelling tools for individual and community transformation – and Chief story spinner at Sparkle Stories –  gentle, thoughtful audio stories for children.

From a grateful parent on David’s stories:

“I just wanted to take a quick moment to say how much I appreciate the goodness, comfort, wisdom, and healing you bring. An incredible gift in our lives – for parents as well as the children. You are making a difference in the lives of many.”
