We are looking for a few volunteers to help prepare and pack “to go” meals for the Dwelling Place on Saturday, September 19^th.  The Dwelling place is a collaboration of area churches that prepares and serves meals at the United Methodist Church in Woburn for individuals and families in need.  Our FCC is responsible for the meal on the third Saturday of each month.

During this period of COVID-19, we have been preparing and packing “to go” meals for as many as 40 guests.

Your help would be limited to preparing the food at your home and helping Louise and Cindy in the kitchen to pack the “to go” containers.  A table is set up outside at the DP where Lisa and Pastor Bill distribute the containers and other donations from Loving Spoonful for our guests.

We all take precautions by wearing masks, gloves and washing hands often.  We ask for your help with only what you are comfortable doing.  If you would prefer to help with only food prep in your home, that would be still be super helpful.

For planning purposes, please let us know by Monday, September 14^th if you are to help.
