Second Wednesday Bible Study

As the name says, a group of church people meet on the second Wednesday of each month for Bible Study. The composition of the group changes from meeting to meeting so you can come when you can without being ‘behind’. This month we are going to begin reading some of the parables, specifically Parables of Grace. We begin with Matthew 17:24-27 – the coin in the fish’s mouth; and Matthew 18:10-14 and Luke 15:3-7 – the lost sheep. The words and stories from Jesus’ Parables are often part of everyday vernacular without the context and setting. We’ll try to go a little deeper. Come join us, Wednesday, May 9 at 7:00 p.m. in the Health Ministry office (ask or use the new map if you don’t know where this is). We end promptly at 8:30.
