    Please join our choir, in collaboration with local congregations, in a special performance of words and music in honor of The Immigrant Experience, a cantata by local composer John Kramer.

    This timely and topical piece reflects the issues surrounding immigration, and features texts by founding fathers that established the United States as a welcoming place – a place, in the words of George Washington, “open to receive not only the opulent and respectable stranger but the oppressed and persecuted of all nations and religions.” 

    Suggested Donation: $20 

    Proceeds from the performance will benefit the International Institute of New England, a non-profit organization that has been welcoming and serving refugees and immigrants since 1918.
