  • Volunteers needed at the Dwelling Place on Saturday, January 16, 2021

We are looking for a few volunteers to help prepare and pack “to go” meals for the Dwelling Place on Saturday, January 16th. The Dwelling Place is a collaboration of area churches that prepares and serves meals at the United Methodist Church in Woburn for individuals and families in need. Our FCC is responsible for the meal on the third Saturday of each month.

During this period of Covid-19, we have been preparing and packing “to go” meals for as many as 50 guests.

Your help would be limited to preparing the food at your home and perhaps help with packing “to go” containers in the kitchen at the DP.

We all take precautions by wearing masks, gloves, and washing hands often. We ask for your help with only what you are comfortable doing. If you would prefer to help with food prep only in your home – that would still be super helpful.

For planning purposes, please let us know by Tuesday, January 12th if you would like to volunteer.

To sign up, please reach out to one of your FCC Dwelling Place Coordinators:
