    In a previous email, Facilities mentioned the launch of a new form to report problems in and around the church. The tasks reported can be as simple as a tree limb that has fallen on the lawn, a leaking faucet, untreated sidewalk, etc. Here is the link to the new form:


    Once completed, the form will be forwarded to both the Facilities Chair, Bruce Alexander, and the Building Manager, Ed Banzy, who will then prioritize the request and assign the task either to a member of the Facilities Ministry or Staff.

    I will ask for your patience as we integrate this new method of communication into our systems. I am sure there will be some minor improvements as we move forward, but am hopeful this will help to improve the look in and around the church, streamline communication and increase the efficiency of facilities to complete these tasks.
